Deadlines

In general, deadlines follow these guidelines:
​
  • Space ads are due two weeks prior to their first appearance on a website or in a newsletter.
  • Publisher Spotlights are due two weeks prior to their newsletter deployment.
  • DCDM Product Showcases are due two weeks prior to their deployment.
  • Librarian Announcements are due two weeks prior to the first newsletter in which they appear.
  • eBlasts are due three weeks prior to their dissemination.

When you place an order, our team will send a promotional planning summary with deadlines specific to your ad placements. We will also be in touch a few weeks prior to your deadline(s) with a reminder. We welcome and strongly encourage our partners to send us assets as early as possible to ensure plenty of time to troubleshoot and preview, when appropriate.
